ELSA Maastricht is one of the biggest local groups in the Dutch ELSA network and entirely student-run. We are based at the renowned Faculty of Law of Maastricht University in Limburg.

Our international ELSA Maastricht member base enjoys numerous opportunities to engage, learn, and grow beyond their university curriculum, hence preparing them to face the challenges of an international legal landscape. We thereby follow our purpose of contributing to the legal education, fostering mutual understanding, and promoting the social responsibility of law students and young lawyers.

Established in 1992, ELSA Maastricht is one of seven local groups in the Netherlands working to implement ELSA’s vision and purpose on a local level and counts more than 300 members.    

The entire ELSA community counts over 60.000 members in 43 countries all over Europe, from Austria to Italy or Ukraine.
